While enjoying TV time in prison, Earl and Randy are excited when they see that the show "Cops" is filming in Camden County. The episode features different types of altercations that are all somehow related to Earl. Kenny is featured in the episode as a raffle winner who gets to ride along with a cop. Since the "Cops" episode was taped prior to Kenny and Earl's reconciliation, Kenny shows resentment towards Earl.

When Earl goes to fix one of his wrongs he begins to reminisce about his first wedding anniversary with Joy when Randy threw them a surprise party at the crab shack. But when Earl's more successful and handsome cousin Blake shows up Earl feels like a less than adequate husband. Meanwhile, killer bees have descended on Camden county trapping Darnell, Catalina, Kenny and Patty the daytime hooker in a phone booth.

Drew's band enters a battle-of-the-bands contest, but Kate, the lead singer, can't sing.
