In the Season Three premiere, Larry and Jeff invest in a restaurant with Ted Danson. To celebrate, Larry decides to get matching shirts for himself and Ted, but when Ted finds a stain on his shirt, it leads to Larry's demotion in a performance of 'The Wizard of Oz,' as well as other troubles.

Larry, Jeff and Ted scramble to find a new chef for the restaurant when the current cook quits in the aftermath of the hives incident. Meanwhile, a couple rejects Larry's wedding gift because it's more than a year late, and a saleswoman becomes convinced that Larry is stalking her.

Carrie hears that her law firm is laying off people and worries about her job, though her resigning boss is only worried about getting an omelette bar goodbye party. Meanwhile, Doug is in hot water with Deacon when he loses the Koosh ball Deacon received from his son as a gift.

Jan learns that an old boyfriend still carries a torch for her while she attends her high school reunion. Meanwhile, Nancy comes up with a plan to trick Howard into coming home with her.

This classic comedy series is a satire on all the daytime soaps out there. The stories revolve around a rich family, the Tates, and a blue-collar family, the Campbells. With stories mostly centered around crazy characters and sex, the escapades are as soapy as you can get: divorce, homosexuality, adultery, kidnapping, organized crime, war flashbacks, custody battles, murder and amnesia.
