Charlie is surprised when a woman, Gail (JODI LYN O'KEEFE - "Nash Bridges"), with whom he flirts in a bar, rejects his overtures and tells him that women around town have been comparing notes on his philandering. Later, Jake mentions that he did an Internet search on Charlie's name and found something interesting. When Charlie logs on, he finds out that he's the subject of a very uncomplimentary new website called www.charlieharpersucks.com.

While stationed on an aircraft carrier, DiNozzo finds that a Navy Lieutenant's apparent suicide may be connected to a larger, deadly scheme.

While Mac prepares to deliver her first State of the Union Address, Rod, out solo at a reception, winds up in a compromising position with an intern… while the cameras flash. An incriminating photo ends up on the cover of the papers the next day, humiliating Mac and threatening to overshadow her State of the Union. Meanwhile, Templeton sets out to sabotage Mac's Homeless Initiative Bill, forcing her to play political hardball in return.
