Ledisi

Throughout her Hollywood career, Ledisi had a variety of powerful musical performances. Ledisi worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "Leatherheads" (2008) starring George Clooney, "Notorious" (2009) and "The Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS, 1993-2015). She also contributed to "Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns" (2008) starring Tyler Perry. In the 2010s, Ledisi devoted her time to various credits, such as "For Colored Girls" with Janet Jackson (2010), "Celebration of Gospel" (BET, 2011-12) and "The Motown Sound" (PBS, 2011-12). Ledisi had a number of different projects under her belt in the 2010s, including "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" (VH1, 2011-12), "VH1 Divas" (VH1, 2012-13) and "Tyler Perry's A Madea Christmas" (2013). Ledisi most recently acted in the dramatic biopic "Selma" (2014) with David Oyelowo. Ledisi was nominated for a Best R&B Performance Grammy Award in 2014.
