Teams struggle with an underwater challenge which threatens their positions in the game, and one team's love for the outdoors comes in handy during a tough climbing challenge.

Fearing they have broken the rules, one team takes a risk that could cost them the race. Meanwhile, an unwanted speed bump turns onto a dream excursion for Liz and Marie, but will it push them even farther back?
