When a homicide case ends in a hung jury, Erin is forced to take over the case from her colleague, ADA Kelly Blake (Diane Neal), and with the help of DA investigator Anthony Abetemarco (Steve Schirripa), find a missing witness. Also, Jamie and Eddie go undercover as an elderly couple to catch a gang that is terrorizing a neighborhood.

Bull and his team tackle jury bias against their client, a woman on trial for the murder of a star athlete she very publicly accused of assaulting her. Also, the case brings Benny face-to-face with his former flame, Amanda (Tiffany Villarin), a fellow attorney he hasn't seen since their breakup, Sarah Steele guest stars. (TV-14 D, L)

Meanwhile, the firm hires Elsbeth Tascioni to represent them in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought on by an employee and Eli and Jackie disagree over how much influence she should have in Peter's administration. Bull finds himself on the opposite side of voir dire, when he serves jury duty while simultaneously mounting a defense for a woman on trial for killing her daughter's murderer.

Fearful of being scooped while legal vets her weighty investigative story, Murphy is exasperated when she learns Frank is dating an anchor, Christy Shepherd (Katie Finneran), from the competing Wolf Network. Also, Murphy leads Avery on a wild goose chase when he attempts to figure out her story.
