Detectives Greevey and Logan enter the world of international terrorism when they investigate the murder of Mohammed Mustafa, a Lebanese drug smuggler and gun runner. The suspects are Savino Montez, a Cuban drug dealer, and Ian O'Connell, an IRA soldier.
