He is best known for his roles in Obito Uchiha, Bleach, Detective Conan, After War Gundam X, Slayers Try, the Beast Wars: Transformers series, Great Teacher Onizuka, Hajime no Ippo, Naruto, the fifth series of GeGeGe no Kitarō, Yes! PreCure 5, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable. Takagi is the official Japanese voice of Daffy Duck.
