Tracker receives a "friendly" visit from his old colleague Khivisto, head of the Balkan crime family. In the shop, Tracker accidentally buys a human finger along with a diamond ring.

Tracker negotiates his debts with Junior, Khvisto's son. Meanwhile, rival video store owner Paul rents a 24 Hour Rental from new employee Sarah.

Tracker, Buzz, Ace and Floyd go to Hollywood Hits to teach Paul a lesson. At the video store, Mafia goons looking for Tracker hold Sarah and Sam hostage.

Tracker meets with his brother, the Don, and is introduced to the mysterious Mistress. They want to rope Tracker back into the family. With a noose.

With Junior in possession of the Mistress' ring as collateral for Tracker's gambling debts, Tracker sends Ace on a hunt for a replacement finger.

Junior promises to return the ring...if Tracker passes a test of loyalty. The Don decides retrieving the missing finger won't fill his quota of dismembered body parts.
