Accidentally Famous

For the young Max Pezzali, failing is the end: he will have to give up his vacation, lose his friends and most importantly, will have to spend the summer working in the family flower shop. Luckily he has music. Everything changes though when Silvia, the most beautiful girl in Pavia, asks him out. Max makes her a risky promise: he will write a song for her!

Mauro has worked all summer to buy his DJ equipment and now he is ready, he just has to deliver a mixtape to the famous American DJ who will fatefully play in town. When Mauro meets his new classmate Max, he immediately understands that he is the one who can help him, since he also loves music. In an afternoon of adventures their friendship is born, and Max lets Mauro listen to his song.

The final exams are close but Max and Mauro have been focusing on on music. A producer call: he wants as guests on a national TV music show! Will they be ready for their breakthrough… and will they go back and have the exams in time?

What do you do after going on TV? Max and Mauro have opposite views, fight, stop talking to each other. So they have two different summers, Mauro as an entertainer and Max as an ambulance driver. Meanwhile, Silvia has some problems with her current boyfriend and confesses to Max who is still in love with her. When Max has an idea, however, the only one he can talk to about it is Mauro…

Claudio Cecchetto wants to make the first 883's album. Max and Mauro have a few days in Milan to write and record it, will that be enough?

Max and Mauro return to Pavia defeated. Inspired by the boring small-town life, they write a new song. But it's not enough for Cecchetto. With the help of Pierpaolo, Max and Mauro find inspiration for one more new song that could change their lives.
