All Dogs Go To Heaven

Botching up a good deed Charlie is called back to heaven for some more training. Anabelle puts him on probation and when he returns to earth he discovers Carface has muscled Sasha out of her restaurant Determined to get Sasha's place back for her Charlie and Itchy dress up like southern belles to captivate Carface and Killer. The love- struck villains reveal their true identities and our crooks get dumped on a garbage barge heading out to the ocean.

While traipsing in a snooty Nob Hill area Charlie and Itchy are lured into a dog trap set by a bratty little kid named Teddy. Teddy hates dogs and has been capturing and sending them to the Dogcatcher. After escaping Charlie and Itchy have an argument and Anabelle decides she'll trade places with Itchy. Charlie now saddled with the naive Anabelle discovers their mission is to stop Teddy. They learn Teddy's Gram is an animal activist who has no time for the boy. Using Anabelle's miracle Charlie turns Teddy into a dog to teach him a lesson and eventually everyone winds up in the dog pound. Teddy realizes his evil ways while Charlie acknowledges he needs Itchy. Anabelle disappears back to heaven and Itchy returns to free all the dogs in the pound.

When an uptight by the book guardian angel dog named Lance arrives on the scene Charlie feels threatened. To make matters worse Itchy has become enamored with the do-gooder Lance and becomes his partner. But when Lance and Itchy meet up with the menacing street dogs The Wild Pack Lance shows himself a coward. Charlie saves the day and restores his friendship with Itchy. In the end Anabelle sends Lance to Antartica -- seems his by-the-book mentality was also bugging heaven!

Anabelle gives Charlie and Itchy the assignment of finding a rambunctious pup a home. But the little guy is a terror with a massive appetite to boot! When Sasha sees Charlie with the pup she's impressed and agrees to have a date with Charlie. But the pup escapes from Itchy and Charlie's date with Sasha is cut short. Charlie and Itchy hit upon the idea of having the Dogcatcher take the pup! In a wild chase scene Charlie and Itchy rescue the pup from the Dogcatcher's truck and reunite him with his family in the wilderness.

Itchy is dognapped by Maxine a socially challenged rich girl who thinks Itchy is her only friend. She sneaks him into her mansion where the poor pooch is put through the wringer. Charlie attempts to break his friend out of his prison but when he finally gets in he suddenly revels in the wealth. Why hurry free eats! Charlie changes his mind when he learns about Maxine's horrible behavior. The two dogs break out only to discover cat burglars -- Carface and Killer in disguise -- breaking in! Working with Maxine the dogs foil the crooks a la Home Alone and Maxine learns how to play nice with other people. The cat burglars end up in jail cattails and all.

Itchy falls in love with a beautiful show dog named Bess and asks Charlie for help in wooing her. Bess however falls in love with Charllie and when Itchy finds out he calls it quits with his partner. When a bully Boxer named Manfred threatens Itchy Charlie defends his friend. Itchy realizes Charlie is honest and he finally has the courage to express himself to Bess. Bess discovers it's Itchy whom she loves not Charlie.
