Babar and the Adventures of Badou

When maps go missing from the Throne Room, Badou assumes that there is a spy in the Palace. His plan to catch the culprit goes awry when he discovers the "spy" is an Elephant's worst nightmare: a Mouse! Then, everyone in the Palace has comes down with a colorful case of the Sneazles. Badou and Munroe have to recover the sunny berry cure before Ambassador Crocodylus can take control of Celesteville.

Badou discovers his love of dance but gets cold feet before a Palace recital when he thinks his friends will make fun of him. Then, Badou is looking for a place to play that he and his friends can call their very own. Babar mentions the Palace is said to have a Hidden Courtyard, setting off a madcap search that attracts the attention of the conniving Ambassador Crocodylus.

Badou is determined to win the prize for "Funniest Memory" at Babar's Memory Party. When he discovers Crocodylus is passing off one of Gallop's memories as his own, Badou risks the contest in order to get slow-moving Gallop to the Palace in time to expose the cheating Ambassador. Then, when it appears Jake's stinky smell will get him banned from the Celesteville Flower Fair, Badou and Chiku conspire to get the little guy cleaned up. Not wanting to hurt his feelings, they don't tell him what they're doing and set the stage for more comic disasters.

To keep a Badou on-task to learn the Elephant’s emergency trumpet signal – The Thunderclap – Pom takes Badou on a camping trip away from all distractions. When Sleek the Leopard comes prowling around, Badou must perfect the trumpet in a hurry to save his father. Then, Crocodylus volunteers his Crocodile Marching Band (Tersh and Dilash) to play at an important visit from Lord and Lady Rataxes. Badou learns the Crocs play so badly that they’re sure to anger the prickly Rhinos. He and his friends rally their own band around the Crocs to avert catastrophe.

Badou plans a relaxing balloon flight for his overworked grandfather but forgets to anchor the tether line. The two are swept away by the wind to crash in Sleek's part of the Jungle. Working together, Badou and Babar turn the broken balloon into a raft and sail home, causing Babar to remark about their grand adventure. Then, the monsoon rains have the kids going stir crazy until Badou takes them on an "imagination safari" through the Palace. The Crocs try to ruin things but Badou cleverly works their mischief into part of the game ensuring everyone has even more fun.

Determined to stand out from the herd, Zawadi goes to Dandy Andi for pointers on how to be unique. Instead, she ends up trying to act like a cool Lion and attracts the attentions of Sleek. Badou, Munroe, and Andi rush to her aid but it is Zawadi – acting like her own unique self – who saves the day. Then, Badou, Chiku, and Jake are on a quest to recover the Golden Bananas – the only treasure ever to elude the renowned adventurer Heropotamus. Each of them wants to “be” Heropotamus and lead the search. It is only when they pool their talents – something the lone Heropotamus couldn’t do – that they win through to their prize.
