After being freed from their icy throes, Abe, JFK, Joan, and Cleo find themselves alongside a new group of historical figures at Clone High. With Frida Kahlo and Harriet Tubman now the most popular clones in school, Cleo experiences a fall from grace, JFK tries to court Joan, and Abe attempts to impress his crush - but they each find it difficult to navigate new societal norms.
As Joan tries to repress her feelings for Abe, an invite from Harriet and Frida leads to a revealing and therapeutic game of Never Have I Ever. Meanwhile, a forlorn JFK learns the ins and outs of the internet with Confucius, and Abe finds himself stuck with online troll Topher Bus.
As Candide's manufactured mental health crisis wreaks havoc, Joan begins to doubt her relationship with JFK, Abe considers his future with Joan, and Harriet worries about becoming a #winemom. Meanwhile, Principal Scudworth hatches a half-baked plan to woo his newly-instated supervisor.
As the social event of the season draws near, Candide hatches a plot to take over the world by outfitting Clone High's new homecoming queen with a powerful ancient crown. But when Joan's plan to sabotage Cleo's campaign backfires, the lifelong rivalry between the two clones soars to new heights.
Hoping to land a role on her favorite show, Harriet wrangles the students of Clone High for a performance of her new play but must contend with Joan's creative meddling. Later, Abe revels in unearned confidence, while Candide tasks Principal Scudworth with diffusing a possibly dangerous situation.
When a fire at the Grassy Knoll proves nearly fatal for Joan, Abe takes inspiration from an unlikely source to save the beloved greasy diner and his best friend. Meanwhile, Candide takes Scudworth on his first-ever boozy work retreat.
