While coaching the reigning Miss Alabama for a national pageant, Bill is shocked when this seasoned winner refuses to practice her swimsuit walk. Meanwhile Bill and Kim hatch a plan to showcase Bill's awesome disco moves at the town dance.

Bill is determined to help Alabama's reigning Miss Collegiate America, Jessica identify her insecurities and break down her overly compensated confident façade. Bill agrees to babysit Kim's daughter Mia, as practice for taking care of his future grandson.

Bill goes to extreme measures to help pageant veteran, Jayce identify why she's been buckling under the pressure. Bill's youngest daughter, Stella is eager to practice her driving; leaving a terrified Bill to play the role of controlling back seat driver.
