Page discovers 15-year-old Gillian in Dallas, Texas who has the look of a tomboy, but the height of a supermodel--and she wastes no time in flying Gillian's entire family to New York City to groom her image and create a brand. Meanwhile, Kristen coaches California native Jennifer into being a professional model who respects the business. Houston model scout Page Parkes continues her search for the next big thing--and thinks she's found it when she comes across an unassuming 20-year-old in a Texas parking lot. Lanky with super long arms and legs, Kelsie has the perfect supermodel body, but her troubled past in drugs has Page wondering if she's emotionally ready to survive such a tough industry. Meanwhile, Utah scout Erin Olson sees a young Kathy Ireland in her 16-year-old recruit Valenteen, but wonders if she can tone down her bubbly, teenage personality and grow up in time for her pitching in New York City. Meanwhile, Utah native Gina doesn't have the typical model look, but her unique facial features captivate scout Erin Olson who can't wait to bring her to the Big Apple. However, Gina's recently-divorced mom is having a hard time letting her start her career at such a young age--and may alter Gina's view on her incredible opportunity.
