Swing Clinic

In the Swing Clinic, Cody teaches you the most basic Kettlebell exercise -- the Kettlebell Swing. If you haven't worked out with Kettlebells before you should definitely start with this short tutorial.

DailyBurn Kettlebells 1

DBK 1 is the first full workout in the DBK Program. In this workout, Cody will help you create a foundation based on movement progressions while burning fat and building strength from the inside out.

In Kettlebell Movements, you'll build off the foundations you learned in Kettlebell Basics and learn new moves with the Kettlebell. You'll also need a box or chair for this workout.
