Pregnant pup Lucy is brought to the hospital in extremely painful labor; she's a toy-sized mom struggling to give birth to an enormous puppy; Dr. Kraft believes an emergency C-section is the only way to save Lucy and her unborn baby.

Rescued puppy John Doe is admitted to the hospital with a badly fractured leg; having no medical history for the dog, Dr. Jeff and his team need to work fast and perform a tough surgery in hopes of restoring full mobility to this wounded pup's leg.
