Doctors Lucía and Mariana compete for the position of head of the emergency department at the Central Hospital. When the former suffers a serious accident that disqualifies her, the latter gets the job. When Lucía wakes up from her coma, she discovers that she has received an extraordinary gift that allows her to save the lives of patients, even though each case implies a mortal risk for her.
