Insook(Ahn Eunjin) is diagnosed with a brain tumor and enters hospice care. She shares a room with Seyeon(Kang Yewon) and Mido(Park Sooyoung).The three of them are involved in a murder case and meet Woocheon(Kim Kyung nam) at the scene.

Insook, Seyeon, and Mido throw a revenge at a party they attend to fake an alibi. Shiyeong finds suspicious clues at the murder scene, and Woocheon remembers something at Insook's house.

Woocheon starts volunteering at hospice care, and Insook finds him bothersome.Shiyeong starts investigating Woocheon's past.Meanwhile, Seyeon comes up with a place where they can hide the golf club, and Mido gets a call from Jipyo(Han Kyu-won) out of the blue.

Woocheon kisses Insook to protect her from Shiyeong!As the investigation expands, Seungseon(Choi Young-Woo) kidnaps Woocheon and tries to make him turn himself in.Late at night, Insook is waiting for Woocheon and decides to sneak out of hospice care with Mido and Seyeon.

Insook is disappointed to find out the truth about Woocheon and goes back to Seongja(Go Doo-shim)'s house to retrieve the cell phone that she has hidden there.Meanwhile, Jipyo starts sponsoring Mido's hospice, and another person's DNA is found on the golf club, which was the murder weapon.

Woocheon turns himself into the police to protect Insook.Insook remembers that she met him in the past and starts opening up to him.Meanwhile, Seongseon threatens Insook with Seongja, and the identity of the real culprit for the murder case is about to be revealed.
