For Vince Isoldi nothing is more important than family. Some say he's a gangster, but according to Vince, he's just a good businessman. An entrepreneur with a sordid past, Vince has built an empire in Pittsburgh, from nightclubs to real estate, all in hopes of providing a better life for his family. Now his large Italian-American family is embroiled in a feud that is tearing them apart. Vince is at the forefront so everyone is looking to him for resolution. Meanwhile, his 11-year-old son Adolfo decides to take on the role of businessman and takes over running the family's limousine business.
Foul play at Vince's club raises suspicions that his rival, Sam, may be trying to sabotage him. Vince calls on his connections with one of Pittsburgh's motorcycle gangs for help. Meanwhile, Vince pushes his eldest son Enzo to work hard towards his future so he doesn't have to rely on family money. His younger son Adolfo asks Vince for a favor involving a trip in the Lamborghini.
Vince's niece, Sammi, is battling addiction and needs help. The family tries to get Vince to put his anger toward her father Sam aside and come to Sammi's aid. Adolfo directs a movie starring the entire Isoldi family and goes on a power trip.
Vince is surprised when he discovers his sister Donna has plans to open a male strip club in the basement of Club Erotica. Meanwhile, Junior goes in search of hidden mob money he thinks has been stashed in the walls of Vince's club. Adolfo gets his first girlfriend.
Vince offers to help his most trusted employee and friend, Sweeney, find his missing son. With custody papers in hand, Vince and Sweeney are frustrated with "the system" and are tempted to take matters into their own hands. Carla starts a new business flipping houses as a way to spend more time with Vince.
Tensions are high in the Isoldi family. Vince and his brother Angelo aren't seeing eye-to-eye and the rest of his family struggles with planning their mother's 75th birthday celebration. Meanwhile, Adolfo's budget soars when he decides to remodel his office.
