Inferno

This workout is going to take your strength and power to the next level. Prepare yourself for an intense workout that will push you to your limits, but also get you amazing results in a short amount of time.

In Metcon 2 you step it up to the next level and push your metabolic conditioning to the limit. Inferno is all about results, and this workout will help get you there. There's no doubt this workout is hard, but if you stick with it you will reap the rewards.

In this 30 minute burner, Anja takes you through intense interval exercises. You'll cycle through 5 moves, for six rounds each. Make sure you bring a towel and a lot of water. You'll need it.

The Challenge workout is the pinnacle of Inferno, where you'll measure how far you've progressed. Keep a count of how many reps you do through the 3 rounds and at the end add them up for your total Inferno score. Wear your score with pride, brag about it to your friends and most importantly, beat it the next time.
