Floyd Little's Coach Quaniee has serious history with Coach Bradshaw of the Kandie Rope Twisters and now they're passing that rivalry on to their young daughters, who will battle each other head-to-head in an epic speed competition for the title of the fastest feet. Will Floyd Little have what it takes to bring home first place?

When coach Laila decides to sign the team up for something new--a doubles competition--it causes a rift between the Floyd Little coaches. To make matters worse, they know nothing about the team they're going up against, the Swagga Jumpers from Brooklyn. As the team continues to struggle in practice, will Floyd Little face the possibility of having their first loss?

The biggest competition in all of double dutch at Harlem's famed Apollo Theater has finally arrived. Now, Floyd Little must battle to defend their #1 title as they face both teams that they've already competed against and new teams from all over the world. With another new event to compete in, an amped-up version of freestyle called fusion, the pressure to perform is at an all-time high.
