Iman, a village belle, encounters trouble with goons on her way home from the temple.Ranajay, a decorated IPS officer, disciplines a corrupt policeman.

Roopkatha is disheartened by her marriage to Mrityunjay and is shocked to encounter Ranajay. Gagan torments Iman and is adamant about marrying her.

As Jayant passes away, the villagers ask Ranajay to take Iman's responsibility by marrying her. However, Iman tries to convince him to refuse the villagers.

Ranajay's family is shocked by witnessing Iman and Ranajay's unexpected wedding. Later, Iman faces rejection from Ranajay's family upon arriving at their home.

Komo erupts in anger, cursing her family for ruining her life. Iman is stunned when Jayanta reveals he can't leave the village due to work commitments.

The villagers offer to help Iman collect her exam results from a different city. Later, Jayanta makes Iman responsible for welcoming Ranajay to their village.
