The Girl Downstairs

Former pop idol Li Shi Ya finds herself living a quiet life in the same apartment complex as college freshman Yuan Jun Tang. As Jun Tang navigates his first year at Minsong University and deals with lingering feelings for his high school crush, Zhu Zhu, he becomes captivated by the mysterious and alluring Shi Ya. As their lives intertwine, Yuan is drawn into a deeper connection with Shi Ya, questioning whether his heart belongs to the girl from his past or the enigmatic woman downstairs. Based on the South Korean webtoon Doona! by Min Songa, this 2023 Chinese animation was directed by Dong Yi.
