Ye Jin Woo (Lee Dong Wook), a compassionate emergency care doctor at Sangkook University Hospital, finds his world disrupted when the hospital's Director is found dead under mysterious circumstances after being accused of misusing public funds. The new Director, Koo Seung Hyo (Cho Seung Woo), is focused solely on the hospital's profitability, planning to transfer loss-making departments and causing tension among staff, including junior pediatrician Lee No Eul (Won Jin Ah). As conflicts arise over patient deaths and financial pressures mount, the hospital's staff must navigate increasingly challenging circumstances.
