Approaching the Starting Line

In the first episode, the group comes from all over the country to meet for the first time at a training camp. Each runner faces different challenges, some right from the start. Follow these inspirational people as they get ready to run their first 10k race, an important milestone if they are to make the starting line of the London Marathon.

Finishing the Race

The runners are halfway through their training. They are joined at a training day by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. The royal trio has launched a campaign to remove the stigma around mental health, and is keen to meet the runners and learn more about them. It's an incredible boost to the runners, but will it be enough to get them to the finishing line of the London Marathon?
