It's Simon's first day as a hospital porter, but a misunderstanding with a dead Rabbi means he finishes his first shift having to impersonate a doctor.

In an effort to impress Lucy, Simon makes a grand gesture of offering his kidney to a young transplant patient – knowing the odds of it matching are a million to one. But because of a selfish act by Frankie, he may have to go through with it.

When Simon comes up with a scheme to improve efficiency at the hospital, it quickly lands him in hot water with Frankie. And Simon is about to find out there is nothing more dangerous than an angry Frankie.

Simon is forced to resort to desperate measures when Lucy tells him she's engaged to Dr Mckenzie while a new wheeler-dealer porter Anthony threatens Frankie's “business” empire.

When surgeon extraordinaire Mr. Pradeep is put under Simon's wing for the day for charity, disaster ensues just as a cosplaying Orc fanatic is admitted into the hospital.
