Hotel King

As a child, Cha Jae-Wan (played by Lee Dong-Wook) endured a life of hardship as a beggar, suffering abuse from the leader of his group. After accidentally killing the leader, he awakens in a luxurious hotel, where Lee Joong-Goo (Lee Deok-Hwa) reveals that Jae-Wan's father, Ah Sung-Won, abandoned him and his mother. Fueled by anger over his mother’s death, Jae-Wan vows revenge on Ah Sung-Won, who now runs HOTEL CIEL, where Jae-Wan serves as general manager. When Jae-Wan confronts his father and demands public acknowledgment, Ah Sung-Won dies unexpectedly. Following his death, his daughter Ah Mo-Ne (Lee Da-Hae) arrives at the hotel, appearing arrogant yet secretly struggling with fear and suspicion regarding her father's demise while trying to maintain the hotel.
