Five ex-Special Forces soldiers recreate the SAS's secret selection process and put 30 men through it, in the ultimate test of their physical and - more importantly - psychological resilience.

8 recruits remain and in this challenge the recruits have to expose their hidden weaknesses. They go on a 12 hour jungle mission to meet a helicopter who will only take one team back to base. On the way back to base the recruits are captured and are challenged to see if they can survive and escape.

Twenty-five Recruits are pushed to their limits by being sent out of a helicopter without a parachute, then watch as each of them have to endure a brutal boxing match.
