When Sean decides to open a New York Brasserie, like any Chef he needs inspiration, sowhere better to go and see what New Yorker's are eating right now, than New York itself!

Sean visits a Black Angus Beef farm on the Limestone coast with his butcher Geoff Teys. On the farm Sean learns about why grasslands beef is possibly the best beef in the world.

Sean obtains chickens from Saskia Beer. In New York, he explores Broadway Bites, meets some crepe makers, the genius behind Roberta's Pizza, and the King of fried chicken.

Sean's finally got the keys to his very own restaurant. At Murray Bridge, he samples Berkshire Pork. In New York, Sean tries Spaghetti with Snails.

Sean meets Damien Trethewey from Kangaroo Island Gold and Justin Harman at Island Pure who shows Sean all his amazing cheese. In New York, Sean finds the best doughnuts at Dough.

After a quick trip through the Bronx, it's time to come home. Sean goes on a fishing expedition in South Australia and feels the pressure mounting as the opening day looms.
