Who will be the one? In this reality competition its up to judges Kojo Baffoe, Tumi Morake and Belinda Godfrey to select the Top 12 ladies who will compete in becoming 'the one'.

Our top 12 are tasked with producing an advert for a clothing brand, but will they get along with their teammates? Who will take the role of leader? Who will fall into obscurity?

In this episode the girls are paired up in a physical challenge that tests their team abilities. And while there may be no "I" in TEAM, some contestants are hell-bent on making everything about them.

The challenge of styling five male personalities seems easy in theory, but it's the small things that count in this game. Some learn there's no point in being able to create a great look if you can't remember the name of your model.
