Electrician Niles Talbot has been promoted to executioner. When the death penalty is abolished in his state, Niles loses his job. But he decides to become a vigilante, punishing criminals that are released by justice system.

Elizabeth kills her second husband for his insurance money. Upon getting rid of the body, she is attacked by an escaped mental patient dressed as Santa Claus. She soon fears that her young daughter may be Santa's next victim.

A carnival daredevil is buried alive for his grand finale. He tells the viewers how he had undergone a doctor's experiment to transfer a cat's nine lives to him. He suddenly remembers that he may have miscounted just how many lives he has left.

Sylvia Vane is a young, narcissistic prostitute, "sells" her beauty to a voodoo-dabbling pawnbroker so that she can use the money to snag a rich bachelor, Ronnie Price. She soon regrets it when her face begins to unexpectedly age rapidly.

Peggy and Charles, newlyweds end up spending the night inside a decrepit mansion after a car accident. Charles plans to kill Peggy for her inheritance, but he soon learns that Peggy's family has a dark past. Peggy is not who she seems to be.
