New Orleans real estate mogul Sidney Torres lends his capital and mentorship to novice property flippers struggling to pull troubled projects back into the black. In this series premiere, Sidney meets Nicole, a rookie developer who has bitten off way more than she can chew. Borrowing hundreds of thousands of dollars from her family, she gambled everything on a massive plot of undeveloped land with plans to create a subdivision of high-end houses. Now $3.5 million in debt and with nothing sold, Nicole must turn to Sidney with the hopes of transforming her big risk into the big success she once imagined.

Sidney partners with Matthew, a furniture builder who has been renovating a massive property on his own for the past three years. But now the project has taken over his life; he's exhausted, broke, and on the verge of losing everything. Will Sidney be able to save this labor of love, or will Matthew's ambitious visions get in the way of realistic business decisions?

Sidney teams up with Mike and Andre, two best friends trying to make it big in the real estate game. Though these young family men have done over ten million dollars in real estate deals, they ran into serious trouble when the budget for a termite-ridden property vastly exceeded their expectations. With all their money tied up in other projects, they don't have the funds to continue. Will Sidney be able to rescue this burgeoning business or will their bad practices be too much to manage?

Mike and Craig were best friends and business partners. But four years ago, they went their separate ways when they couldn't agree on the future of their flipping business. When a bargain property in one of the best neighborhoods in the city became available, they decided to work together again. The plan was simple-- buy low, give it a lick of paint, and sell for a quick profit. The plan didn't work, they're stuck with the house and it's putting their friendship under stress again. The only way out is a full gut renovation, but they can't even agree on what to do with property. Mike wants to play it safe; Craig wants to go for the big money. There's money to be made in this flip, but to make it a success, Sidney has to get the property, and their friendship, back on track.
