The Legend of Zelda

When Ganon learns that there is to be an Amateur Magician's Contest in the Castle of Hyrule, he sees his chance. He will enter the contest and use his powerful magic to disrupt it -- and, in the confusion, make off with the Triforce! Only Link and Zelda, in an exciting back-to-back battle with the forces of the evil Underworld, have a chance of stopping him!

When it's spring cleaning time in the castle, Link pretends to have a cold in order to get out of doing work.

When the handsome Prince Facade shows up in Hyrule, Zelda cannot keep her eyes off of him, and Link is green with jealousy. He tries to win Zelda's attention back, and only ends up embarrassing himself. Finally, since Zelda still seems to find Prince Facade more interesting than him, Link decides to leave Hyrule and go back to adventuring. Little does he know that this is all part of Ganon's plan -- and that Zelda will be captured just as soon as Link leaves!

When Link rescues a fair maiden from a ferocious dragon, he gets a kiss as his reward. But the maiden is one of Ganon's evil creatures in disguise, and Link is turned into a frog! Not only that, but Zelda has been captured -- and only the kiss of a Princess will allow Link to become human again!

You'd think a King would be safe standing on top of his own castle. But not when Ganon has managed to capture a flying Unicorn! Swooping down from the sky, the evil Underworld wizard makes off with the King to hold him for ransom. Price: one Triforce! Link and Zelda must descend into the Underworld to go to the King's rescue -- and there they meet an unexpected ally: a beautiful girl named Sing, whose Unicorn Ganon had stolen!

Ganon has a new toy: an Overworld Magnet, capable of pulling any object in the Overworld down into the Underworld. And the first thing he uses it on us King Harkinnian's castle! Now Ganon has captured the King and Sprite, and is holding the whole castle in one of his underground chambers. Link and Zelda must use the Triforce's magic to fight their way into the Underworld, defeat Ganon, and return King and castle to the Overworld where they belong!
