Those Who Kill

The investigator Jan Michelsen is investigating the disappearance of Julie who disappeared one night in Greve, a suburb of Copenhagen. After half a year, Jan is the only one who believes that Julie is still alive. Jan finds a ten-year-old case from the same neighbourhood: 17-year-old Natasha, who disappeared on her way home from a party. Jan discovers the remains of Natasha in a lake. She was murdered. There might be a serial killer behind this, and therefore Jan brings in the serial killer expert Louise Bergstein. On that same night, Emma is kidnapped by Anders Kjeldsen. When Emma wakes up, she is trapped in a basement with another girl - Julie.

Jan and Louise try to identify the person behind all the kidnappings and focus on Anders Kjeldsen, a man who has previously been arrested for rape.

Jan and Louise discover three women with their fingers cut off on a farm connected to Anders Kjeldsen. Emma and Julie try to escape.

Louise realises that the perpetrator is not working alone. Emma manages to get in touch with the homeowner, Stine, and tries to persuade her to help her escape.

The dress that belonged to Natasha, the first victim, is found, and it turns out that Anders has been keeping it hidden. Meanwhile, Stine is losing control.

Anders is officially wanted for the crimes, and Louise suspects he has a female partner. Finally, the three women on the farm are identified, and the police realize where they may have met their killer.
