Jaydeep and Gauri marry during a game, but he leaves for Mumbai, vowing never to forget her. Gauri cares for Amma and Bapuji and awaits Jaydeep’s return.

Gauri anxiously waits for Jaydeep, but Shalini and Bhakti scheme against her. Anil takes Gauri in his control and stops her from joining the family.

Gauri appears before Jaydeep's car. When he doesn’t recognise her, she feels shattered. Later, she is shocked to see Jaydeep with Jyotika.

Jaydeep asks Gauri to have lunch with the family, but Shalini mistreats her and serves her stale food. Further, Gauri gets a saree from Jaydeep's mother to wear on the special day.

Shalini ruins Gauri's happiness by burning a saree she received as a gift. Meanwhile, the family members prepare for the function and await Gauri's arrival.

Amma praises Gauri for transforming her ruined saree into a dress, leaving Shalini upset. Later, Gauri surprises Bapuji by bringing his old friends to the party.
