VS Knight Lamune & 40 Fire

Lamunade beats a mysterious video game he bought cheap, which reveals he is the newest incarnation of the legendary hero Lamuness who saved Dokidoki Space 5,000 years ago.

After a timely escape, Lamuness has to work together with hero Da Cider to control the mecha Spirit Knight, Kaiser Fire, which needs two pilots. And what's this about finding two more Spirit Knights?

While looking for an Ottama Gate so they can get to the next zone, the team takes a break at a hot spring. After relaxing and more searching they are assisted by mysterious, but familiar, masked heroes Akakaze & Momokaze during a battle.

After wandering to find an Ottama Gate, the team stumbles across dozens of fakes. Will they be able to find the real one, not to mention avoid whatever dangers are hiding behind the fakes?

Everyone gets separated shortly after arriving in the Gaogao Zone and they all end up with their own problems, but Lamuness better solve his quickly before he becomes stew for an entire village.

Lamuness and friends save someone from hunger who they later find out is the ruler of the Gaogao Zone, Prince Mito. During a losing battle, the prince returns to help his new friends.
