Wild Portugal

Although Portugal is a country with a relatively small territory, the difference in landscapes is quite notorious. To the south of the Tagus river, the forest is composed mainly of Cork Oak trees, and to the North of the Douro river, in the mountainous regions, the deciduous forests prevail.

The richness of Portugal's coastal waters is amazing. Thousands of creatures live here, both in the water and on land. The Portuguese coast is the ultimate frontier before the Atlantic Ocean. In the middle of the Atlantic, the archipelago of the Azores is home to one of the richest ocean ecosystems.
