Adam and Poh begin their journey in Tasmania, where they look for some of the best seafood in the world; Adam goes diving for abalone and sea urchin.

Poh visits the regional WA town of Katanning in the Wheatbelt; Adam travels to Merimbula with his friend, Malaysian Australian rapper and poet Omar Musa.

Adam begins his journey in the NSW Central West, where he creates a lamb barbecue dish. In Tasmania, Poh collects vegetables from their garden, and Adam joins chef Rodney Dunn in the kitchen making a Malaysian vegetable curry.

Adam and Poh meet up with brewer Nick Haddow on Bruny Island to try local beers before they take the local oysters in two different directions.

Adam and Poh travel to Tasmania to catch up with agricultural scientists Joe and Hawa Hartley, who are trying to grow rice from Malaysia.

Poh travels to Sydney to catch up with Junda Khoo, a restaurateur who uses the flavours that his grandma used in his kitchen; Adam meets one of his favourite actors at Chinta Ria Buddha Love.
