Ciro Di Marzio, right hand of clan godfather Pietro Savastano, and his faithful friend Attilio, set fire to the house of rival Salvatore Conte who manages to survive the assault.

Ciro must sideline his plans for revenge against Conte when police confiscate a huge Savastino cocaine shipment.
