Genny and Ciro meet in Riga, and Genny invites him to return to Naples to recover everything, but Ciro has a problem: drug trafficking.

Ruggieri continues his investigation of Genny; the Levante brothers become more unwanted in Secondigliano; Genny attempts to gain control of the neighbourhood, but he needs a large amount of cocaine to do so.
