Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix head off on a summer tour through Italy, France and Scotland, with each of them inviting the other two to their homeland to help them run an event.

Gino introduces his way of life in his quaint Italian hometown of Naples, and explores the food in the region of Campania. He picks up a range of fresh produce and showcases the best recipes that reminds Gino of home.

The boys head to France, where a friend of Fred's asks him to help host the first oyster festival in Arcachon on the Atlantic coast, meaning they have to impress some of Europe's biggest oyster fans.

The Highland Fling
The three travel to Scotland to prepare a feast for the chief of Clan Ramsay. They discover Scottish beef, scallops, and salmon.

Three Unwise Men
Gordon, Gino and Fred reconvene after their European adventures to rediscover the spirit of Christmas; Gino's taken them to the most unlikely of places, Morocco.
Episode 1
Having been to Mexico before, Gino thinks he can show off some culinary nous to Gordon and Fred; Fred is on a mission to taste the world's best breakfast when a 38-litre jar of tequila filled with snakes nearly floors him.
Gordon wants to show Fred and Gino, who are new to America, that the food and fresh produce is off the charts. The guys also take in the Grand Canyon by helicopter before a spot of trout fishing on the Colorado River.
