Luke Nguyen begins his once in a lifetime Vietnam trip in the city of Ho Chi Minh, and discovers how quickly the city has evolved over the years.

Luke visits the picturesque city of flowers in Vietnam known as Dalat, where the influence of French culture is evident everywhere.

Luke heads to Nha Trang on the train after an unforgettable time at Ga Thap Cham. In Nha Trang, renowned for its diverse sea life and beautiful coastline, he catches a sea urchin.

Luke travels to Hoi An and makes wok tossed beef in the train's kitchen carriage. He also admires onboard cooks and their ability to balance on the train.

Luke arrives at Da Nang, the halfway point of his trip, and celebrates by visiting the spectacular Dragon Bridge.

Luke heads to Hue, where he explores the ancient architecture, before travelling to Con Hen Village to learn about a special clam de-shelling technique.
