As new ARKS, Ash and Afin must return to Naverius with Commander Kohana and the mysterious girl Matoi in order to exterminate the rampant Falspawn.

Quest 3: Perfect Arks
During a mission on Naverius, Ash meets a girl who belongs to a powerful group of ARKS and receives an education on the conflict between ARKS and Dark Falz.
EPISODE 4
Quest 4: The Starting Weapon
Taking a breather on an ARKS ship, Ash and company meet Ulku, a girl who yearns to join ARKS and talks about a childhood friend who joined ARKS without her and could be in their class.
EPISODE 5
Quest 5: Falspawn Full Assault
In the first incident in 10 years, the Themis ARKS Ship 128 is attacked by Falspawn. The ARKS soldiers can't hide their panic as they sortie.

Quest 6: The Beginning of the End
Zeno and Echo reunite with Ash on his way to the medical centre to see Matoi, but the relief at her well-being is cut short when Gettemhult shows up out of nowhere.
