Ramsay's Hotel Hell

It's one of Gordon Ramsay's greatest challenges to date, as he continues to uncover problem after problem at the Juniper Hill Inn in Windsor, Vermont. He tries to help the staff and the owners, Robert and Ari, improve their communication.

Ramsay heads to The Cambridge Hotel, to try and help the owners turn their business around. He is impressed with a young kitchen assistant named Scooter.

Ramsay visits The Keating in San Diego with hopes of helping the owner turn the hotel around after spending millions on the aesthetics rather than amenities the guests actually need.

Ramsay travels to Milford, Pennsylvania, to visit the River Rock Inn where the owner is in over his head trying to get guests to stay at his run-down and neglected establishment.

Meson de Mesilla is a Tuscan-style hotel in New Mexico. Owner and former child star Cali Szczawinski bought the hotel so that she could perform Cher songs every night to a captive audience.

Gordon checks in to the Monticello Hotel in Longview, Washington, which is owned by Phillip Lovingfoss. He's a wealthy individual with a fleet of classic cars, an array of diamond rings, and an apparent drinking problem.
