Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall uses strawberries in a savoury dish and makes mojitos from foraged ingredients.

The team are invited to a local sports day where they give all the games a fruity twist in exchange for providing delicious picnic food, including blueberry coronation chicken, raspberry and labneh salad, and blackcurrant kir.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall takes on a pizza challenge where he tries to get his pear and stilton pizzas past the meat feast lovers at the local pub. He also wants to spread the joy of eating hedgerow food.

As summer turns to autumn, Hugh cooks a simple plum compote at a food festival and then a fancy plum Waldorf salad. He also joins a team from Gleaners UK, who work to harvest and distribute fruit that would otherwise have been left to rot.
