Round The Twist

The Twist family discovers a haunted outhouse when they move to a lighthouse; the estate agent and his family visit the lighthouse, in spite of the fact that he would like to see it demolished.

Nell is committed to hospital for believing in dragons, so Linda, Pete and Bronson set off to prove her sanity, and while rogue seagulls imprison Linda and Pete in a shack buried in bird droppings, Bronson finds the dragon's egg and Nell is released.

On a dare, Pete sets out in the middle of the night to collect materials for their dad's sculptures; there he faces a ghost who haunts the rubbish tip, who is said to be looking for his grandchildren.

Believing that babies grow in the cabbage patch, Bronson actually finds one there, but he soon discovers that the responsibilities of parenthood have their drawbacks.

After a bolt of lightning hits the video remote control, Pete discovers that it can pause, rewind or fast forward any person that it's aimed at; but when Gribble learns about this new toy, it isn't long before he uses it against Pete.

Pete meets Santa Claws, who grants each Twist two wishes.
