A girl discovers a statue of the Monkey King and searches for the golden crown she needs to release the ancient god from his stone prison, but demons have the crown in their possession.

Tripitaka feels disappointed when she releases the Monkey King and finds him indifferent to the mission. With demons in pursuit, she finds help in the unlikeliest of places.

Princess Locke traps Monkey and Sandy. Tripitaka escapes and attempts to convince Pigsy that he should abandon his mistress so he can help her free the two gods from imprisonment.
