David, Gill and their son Freddie are hoping Noel can help their Labrador, Scooby, who has a life-threatening tumour in his leg. Noel also goes to extraordinary lengths to save the life of Tiger the cat. Otis is brought in with shotgun wounds.

Noel operates on a five-month-old rabbit called Rufus with a badly broken hind leg, and diagnoses that a cocker spaniel called Dixie needs major spinal surgery. David and Khaya bring in Daphne, a three-legged dog they adopted from Thailand.

A 17-week-old Staffie puppy called Jasper has out of shape legs growing in the wrong direction. Much-loved Labrador Mojo has a spinal problem that means he must be operated on or face paralysis.

Noel believes he can help 12-year-old cat Pixie, who's been hit by a car, walk again by giving her a bionic implant. Ellie the Great Dane has deformed bones and discs pressing on her spinal cord, and Noel implants special scaffolding in her neck.

Schrodinger the cat has a shattered thigh bone from being hit by a car and an overweight Bulldog is given a diet plan.

A dachshund called Frankie is brought in by owners Kelly and Daniel to see if Noel can do anything to repair a deformity in his foot. A Lab puppy needs a hip replacement and a Shih Tzu is having trouble walking.
