Warren wants to reline his pond but doesn't want pay for a new pond liner; his annoying neighbour Ian appears to have relined his pond too; warren sets about firstly dumping some old asbestos roofing and then getting the latest pond liner.
Warren's business is not going well: he is losing pupils to a rival driving school, Daz's Drivers, and his online rating is through the floor; he sets out to turn the tide by canvassing for more pupils in the local area.
When Warren's marital advice to brother in law Colin backfires, he is forced to take him in as a house guest; Warren can't wait to get rid of Colin, until he discovers that he has a raft of hidden and very useful talents.
Warren coaches Danny in the ways of love and also buys himself a couple of chickens, causing next door neighbour Ian to become increasingly irritated; however, the more Ian complains, the more Warren is going to stick to his guns.
Warren's already unpleasant weekend away with Anne and the in-laws is further blighted by a raucous hen party; to make matters even worse, he is worried about what the boys are up to back at home, and with good reason.
Anne's Auntie Faye has died so the family are all off for her funeral; they all set off in one car, Warren driving, with Anne, Colin, Liz, Nanny and Grandad and Charlie and Danny; warren's blood pressure starts to rise with the constant babble from the in-laws.
