When his terminally ill neighbour makes an unusual request, Scott, his brother, and their friend Cozzo decide that the opportunity presents a lucrative business idea.

After they're labelled amateurs, Scott makes Cozzo and Joey attend a business seminar; Joey struggles to pay off his lender, and is forced to punish another person.

Scott develops feelings for Julia, who is the daughter of his first client, but he must stop her from finding out about the business; Debbie's suspicions grow when she finds Cozzo's money.

Scott organises a special night for Julia, as he faces difficulty in the bedroom and sexual harassment at work; Joey begins gambling again; Cozzo must pretend to be Jewish to help a client.

Scott and Cozzo try to convince Joey to join a group for gambling addicts; Scott makes a desperate attempt to win Julia back; Cozzo decides he needs to be healthy for his child.
